Mosquitoes are six-legged insects that have wings attached to their thorax that give them the ability to fly. Male and sometimes female mosquitoes feed on nectar or plant juices. Whereas, some female species survive by a blood meal obtained from humans or animals. They lay eggs on water surfaces. Mosquitoes are most likely to carry various diseases like dengue, chikungunya virus, malaria, etc.

Mosquitoes are the vectors to carry many deadly diseases like dengue, malaria, and chikungunya. They transmit the disease in the process of sucking blood from humans or animals and leaving a bite mark at the end.  

How to Get Rid of Them

The primary reason for mosquito spreading is the existence of collected water surfaces which are the habitants of them. So to avoid the mosquito breeds you have to get rid of places where water is collected such as empty cans, bottles, tires, etc. if you go outside, use mosquito repellent to prevent mosquito bites.
